With more than 35 years of professional experience behind him, Chef Misra Rajan previously worked at the illustrious Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi, India before bringing his considerable knowhow and talents to Thailand and taking up the position of Master Indian Chef at the Rang Mahal Indian Restaurant at Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok. Having graduated with a bachelor of arts from the Food Craft Institute Delhi in his native India, Chef Misra has dedicated his professional life to mastering the art of cooking with a specialization in Northern Indian cuisine.
